"We hated creating a new cocktail menu" - said no one ever.
The Strawberry Smash has always had a place in our GM's heart, so it was only natural that this drink made it's way on to our menu. We switched it up this particular day, using Bulleit Bourbon instead of our usual Maker's Mark. Did we sacrifice the fresh strawberries? No, of course not. We are not savages. Did we forage for fresh mint? You bet your bottom dollar we did.
Add a little bit of agave nectar for some added sweetness and our house-made sweet n' sour and you're ready for patio cocktail sippin'.
